The performance Microworlds by Jazmína Piktorová and Sabina Bočková is designed for children. The creators uniquely delve into the realm of children’s imagination. Through an interactive and playful approach, they explore the microworld of small things with the children, stimulating their imagination and enhancing their sensory perception and sensitivity to the surrounding world. Suitable for children aged 4 and up.

Born by the Sea by choreographer Fran Diaz from Germany is a duet of dancers working together as two well-oiled machines. Their movement is clean, sharp and plastic at the same time, it has a refreshing effect and resembles the mating ritual of two predators. Their bodies represent living archives, reminding us of the traces of the past, which can strengthen us, but also hinder us.

Spanish Dance Ensembles to be the headliners of the Bratislava in Movement Festival

The 28th year of the international festival Bratislava in Movement (Bratislava v pohybe) will take place from 5 to 28 October 2024 and will present works from Spain, France, Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The festival will be opened by the Pulse of Pressburg Performance

During the weekend of September 7-8, 2024, the premiere and three reprises of the multimedia site-specific dance performance Pulz Prešporka will take place in the courtyard of Bratislava’s Primate’s Palace, which will remind the multicultural character of Bratislava. Entry is free.
